Top 10 remedies to treat cellulite


cellulite2.pngMore than 90% of women are affected and even stars are not immune- its called cellulite and is described by answer.com as “A fatty deposit causing a dimpled or uneven appearance, as around the thighs and buttocks.” I think we all know what I am talking about.

There are creams, patches, specific workouts and even machines targeted to get rid of this beauty mark, but after spending hundreds of dollars, many women know – there does not seem to be a wonder-weapon.

But there are remedies to help you get rid of this problem, inexpensive and accessible these 10 tips will help you shine this coming bikini season

  1. Exercise – working out on a regular basis concentrating on muscle toning exercises - which will help melt the fat and fill out the tissue in those troubled areas - is often the best way to get rid of those unwanted dimples

  1. Massage – gently massaging you buttock and thighs will not only reinforce the benefits of exercise but also help you detoxify and aid in blood circulation

  1. Diet- a healthy low-fat, high fiber diet containing plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables will help you detoxify and loose fat - aiding you in your quest to that perfectly, baby-smooth, cellulite-free, apple bottom
